New Video: Didd-Dirty Money Ft. Chris Brown- Yesterday

Ciara Breaks Her Silence Via Facebook

Ciara took to her Facebook fanpage to clear up rumours about being dropped from her record label...

“The net has been a buzz of the rumor that I have been dropped from my label. At this point that rumor is false.. It is true that I have asked and I pray that my label will release me,” she wrote.

She says, at this point, she and Jive no longer “share the same views on who I am as an artist.”

“The past two albums have been very frustrating for me,” she admits. “At times there were songs I chose to lead a project and I was ignored! This project, I even tried to get ‘Gimmie Dat’ started I spent tens of thousands of my own money only to hear the radio PDs tell me my label didn’t want the song played. I even spent more than one hundred thousand dollars out of my pocket on the video to bring my vision to it and still no label support.”

“I’ve tried to be a team player with the label only to have compromised what I truly believed and was not given the right opportunity to promote and inform my fans of the release of this album.”

Times are tough, but Ciara says she remains “dedicated to my music, performance and to my fans” and a release from her contract would “allow me to go be creative with people who care and understand me as an artist.”

Chris Brown's 'F.A.M.E.' Album Cover

Here is the album cover for Breezy's F.A.M.E. (which now stands for 'Fans Are My Everything', it was originally 'Forgiving All My Enemies') album, which is due out at the end of the month. I don't know about you, but I like it!

Gonna be interesting to see how this album sounds and the content of some of the songs considering everything he has been through over the last couple of years.

What do you think of it???

5 Songs For Seduction

Some people really get in to the spirit of Valentines Day and some simply don’t! Either way, when it’s time to show that special somebody in your life they are appreciated there are various ways you can do it and below I have selected 5 Songs For Seduction’ to help get the festivities started!

Let’s get it in...

1. Floetry- Say Yes

The perfect combo of Natalie’s smooth spoken word and Marsha’s second to none vocals definitely makes this a seduction song for me. Lyrically mesmerising from beginning to end, the ladies know exactly what it takes to put you at ease and open you up to so much more...

2. Jamie Foxx Ft. Marsha Ambrosius- Freakin' Me

The multi-faceted performer goes in hard on this track. With lyrics like-

“…Apart of me wants apart of you baby, You started it now come and give me what I've been waiting for, Ooh your lips are pressed against it, I can't resist you, don't you tease me no more (tease me no more…)"

Do I really need to continue to explain why this is a song for seduction?

That fact that he enlists one of my favourite singers to enhance the moment doesn’t hurt either!

3. Janet Jackson- Anytime Any place

This song oozes sexiness, Miss Jackson (if ya nasty) doesn’t care where she gets it in either (excuse the pun)

4. Trey Songz- We Should Be...

The title alone is suggestive, so it already gives you a flavour of what is to come! Whilst serenading his favourite lady Mr Songz let’s her know exactly what he wants to do ‘for’ and more importantly ‘to’ her. The subtle flute harmonies set the tone for a very grown and sexy affair. This is definitely a mood setter.

5. Jon B- Multiple

Now anything that involves 'multiples' in the bedroom is sure to please any woman...

So there you have it, my 5 songs for seduction! For those of you who do not have the tracks you can purchase them from www.priceminister.co.uk here: Soul & Funk at really reasonable prices, so check that out too!

Now go forth and do what it do, but please remember, if you can’t be good, be safe!

Rastamouse Causes New Race Row

It seems that some parents are not loving the new BBC kids show Rastamouse, as they feel it could 'cause friction in the playground' if their children are using the likkle natty mouses' slang terms.

In today's Metro, a parent is quoted as saying-

"My child is white and I feel if she was to say this (the mouses slang terms) to another child who was not white it would be seen as her insulting the other child"

So she basically doesn't want her child to say 'Wah gwaan bredgrin' to little Shaneeqa and she takes offence, rather than the two then realising they both like/love the same show and now have more in common!

The show has already received 95 complaints (Oooooooooh...) and has been described as 'like listening to a drunk white man do a really terrible rasta impersonation'.

The BBC said:

'Rastamouse is a part of a rich and varied schedule dedicated to reflecting the lives of all children'.

Surely there are more important things to complain about right now, 'llow di likkle mouse nuh lol
