Elizabeth Taylor Passes Away

One of the twentieth century's greatest movie stars, Elizabeth Taylor died has died aged 79.

The Hollywood actress, who was suffereing from ill health and was being treated for congestive heart failure. She past away with her four children by her bedside at cedars Senai hospital in Los Angeles, California.

Her son, Michael Wilding called her "an extraordinary woman who lived life to the fullest".

Born in Hampstead, North London and acting since she was 12 years old, the English-American actress was renown for her beauty, eight husbands and her most famous roles in films including- National Velvet, Cleopatra and Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?

Taylor was considered one of the great actresses of Hollywood's golden age. The American Film Institute also named her seventh on its Female Legends list.
